Thanks, Chantel! You’ve written about an important concept that everyone needs to understand, but hardly anybody does. Based on my life experiences, my bias leans towards thinking that men are horrible leaders. However, that doesn’t mean that I expect women to be better leaders. Go figure.
Isn’t it interesting and uncomfortable to figure out what’s going on in there? As I was writing the article I thought “Isn’t it weird that leader and supporter are on opposite sides of the implicit association test?”
